At the ecos office center hannover-nord, there are 6 climate-controlled meeting rooms for 4, 6, 12 and 22 people (in seating rows, up to 30 people) available to you by the hour or day. Every meeting room is completely furnished with state-of-the-art technology. Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge.
We can also prepare the meeting room for dining on request and provide you with beverages and backed goods. Various kinds of catering, from sandwiches to cold/warm buffet are possible.
You can check availability via our booking portal and directly book both the room you want as well as the equipment and catering. In addition to prices for the meeting and conference rooms, you will also find prices for catering packages there.

Every conference room can also be used as a training room, seminar room or event room. Different seating variations are possible. (Square, u-shape, parliamentary, block etc.) For PC training, we offer modules for electricity and cable internet up to 20,000 Mbit/s for each workspace.
As a contract customer, you receive a 20% discount on all listed prices.

With the ecosMEETING office service, you receive a 20 % discount on all services and can also use the meeting rooms outside of our office hours. You just comfortably pay a monthly bill with the following options: 30 € per month, or 120 € per half-year or 180 € for full year.

Directions
From the north: A7 and A352 to the exit Langenhagen/Hannover-Nord, then in the direction of Centrum directly to Vahrenwalder Straße (5 minutes/4 km).
From the airport: in the direction of Centrum, straight ahead to Vahrenwalder Straße (8 min./ 6 km). From the west, east and south: A2 to the exit Hannover-Nord and straight onto Vahrenwalder Straße (2 minutes / 1 km).
From the center: Hamburger Allee and Vahrenwalder Straße in the direction of Langenhagen (12 min./ 5 km)
Take tram line 1 in the direction of Langenhagen to the stop Alter Flughafen, directly in front of our center (10 minutes from the main station).
