The “Ruhr” conference in the business environment of the ecos office center is perfect for your team meeting, training or presentation of a new product with up to twelve people: We can flexibly adapt the workspace to your needs.

You can book the conference room by the hour or day, whenever you need it. You receive a nameplate, and we professionally and reliably welcome your guests and offer beverage service or catering.

Do you occasionally or regularly need a meeting room for up to four people in Essen or a workspace for customer meetings, a room for interviews, a room for meetings with your sales team or for coaching or for consulting or... ? 

Our smaller meeting room is the ideal compliment to your home office or a toehold for building your business in Essen and the Ruhr region. The room can be rented by the hour or day and offers an excellent meeting point in a business environment. It offers a professional alternative to a hotel or café starting already at 15 euro per hour.

A day office offers you many possibilities. If you have your official business location in our ecos office center or would like to build a branch in the Ruhr region, you can use the temporary office as your workspace. 

You also save on costs with a temporary office. Because you only use the office by the day, you pay only for your actual use and not the times the office remains empty!
